A little about me…
I currently work full time in a busy pre-press studio designing adverts for a major telephone directory. I’m part of a very hard working team that’s responsible for amending existing directory adverts & the creation of artwork for new & speculative adverts. For contractual reasons i’m not able to post any examples of the work I produce on this website.
I’m competely self taught in the major design programs, & I create most of my work in Illustrator & Photoshop, specialising in character design & illustration. I love drawing & screen-printing & have recently rediscovered my first love of animation. I’m currently teaching myself the inner workings of Flash with the aim of being able to further develop the characters I create.
I designed & built this website myself. I taught myself the basics of HTML & CSS, but this is my first foray into Wordpress & PHP so please be patient while I learn new things & work out any bugs.
In my spare time I like to watch Columbo movies & Battlestar Galactica (RIP), drink a lot of tea & coffee, play guitar & grow silly facial hair. Aside from design & illustration my main passions in life are my sons & family, music, cheese, real ale, hats & stationery.
